I opened my agency in 2007 and lead a close-knit team of four. I began my career immediately after college as a State Farm team member and come from a family of State Farm agents, so this business has always been a part of my life. I attended the University of Washingtongo Huskies!and Im also a proud mom of three, which has shaped the flexible, people-first environment weve built in our office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
