Our client is seeking a 4-5th year attorney with private equity and M&A experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent drafting, writing, and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail, organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and project management skills. Experience in drafting and negotiating purchase and merger agreements, LLC and LP agreements, and other ancillary transaction documents is expected.
