A company is looking for a Sales Learning Program Coordinator Lead - Contract. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage comprehensive project plans for onboarding initiatives, including structure, timelines, milestones, and deliverables Navigate internal databases to identify and extract relevant sales materials and maintain a structured repository of onboarding materials Collaborate with business leaders to adapt onboarding programs to reflect regional sales practices and facilitate feedback for continuous improvement Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in sales enablement or onboarding functions Experience navigating and leveraging large-scale content databases and knowledge libraries Strong sales sensibility with the ability to identify high-impact resources for training Proficiency in Confluence, Salesforce / CRM Platforms, LMS platforms, and project management tools (e.g., Asana) Good understanding of sales processes, enablement strategies, and onboarding best practices is advantageous
