The Anaplan Implementation Specialist is crucial in delivering innovative technological solutions that align with our enterprise objectives and meet business needs. This role will tackle a range of complex problems, from moderate to substantial in scope.

Key responsibilities include gathering and documenting business system requirements, influencing system design, and selecting technologies to enhance support for our initiatives. You will oversee the implementation of designs and requirements, including solution configuration, testing, and ensuring operational readiness. Additionally, you may provide post-production support and enhancements for existing solutions. This position will require you to use sound judgment and decision-making skills in addressing complex issues, all while working with minimal supervision.

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related technical field.

2+ years of experience with Anaplan software.

2+ years of experience in project leadership.

Familiarity with Systems Development Life Cycle, as well as Waterfall and Agile Development Methodologies.

Experience in IT business analysis, including the development of relevant artifacts.

Strong problem-solving and consultation abilities in complex environments.

Proven experience facilitating cross-functional team efforts.

A genuine passion for contributing to an organization that continually enhances consumer experiences.

Preferred Qualifications :

Master's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

Anaplan Certification.

Additional Information :

This position requires working within Eastern Standard Time. Candidates will be asked to provide their Social Security Number when required. Access to a reliable internet service provider is critical, with a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps. Suitable home office arrangements must be made to ensure confidentiality of member PHI and compliance with HIPAA regulations.

While this role is remote, occasional travel to Humana's offices may be necessary for training or meetings.

Scheduled Weekly Hours : 40

Compensation : The estimated salary range for this position is $106,900 - $147,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. This role is also eligible for a performance-based bonus incentive plan.
