• Commercial Litigation Attorney
• to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong advocacy skills, exceptional writing ability, and experience handling complex business disputes from initial claim assessment through trial or resolution.
• Key Responsibilities
• Manage all phases of commercial and civil litigation matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery
• Conduct depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
• Analyze legal issues and provide sound, business-oriented advice
• Collaborate with clients, outside counsel, and internal teams
• Develop litigation strategies that align with client goals
• Maintain meticulous case documentation and meet tight deadlines
• Qualifications
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Admission to the New York State Bar
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Proven experience in commercial litigation, business disputes, contract claims, or related areas
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative environment
• Excellent communication and client-relationship skills
