We are seeking a dynamic Sales professional to join our team at Done Well Trailer & Body in Paterson NJ. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our sales efforts and building strong relationships with customers. Your contributions will directly support our mission of delivering top-notch repair solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Drive sales by promoting our range of trailer repair and restoration services.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Drive new business by contacting potential clients, such as fleet managers and directors, and retaining existing accounts.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to understand their ongoing repair and maintenance needs.
- Possess a strong understanding of commercial truck and trailer specifications, repair services, and common fleet issues.
- Work with clients to develop tailored service plans or custom modifications for their equipment, such as dry vans or refrigerated trailers.
- Effectively communicate technical information, present service offerings, and negotiate pricing and service agreements.
- Understand the commercial truck and trailer markets, including industry trends, products, and the competitive landscape.
- Continuously improve through feedback
Requirements
