Senior Director – Risk Engineering

Location : San Jose, California, United States of America

Department : Software Development

Job Responsibilities :

Lead the Risk Engineering team and oversee risk management strategies.
Develop and implement risk assessment frameworks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance risk mitigation processes.
Monitor and report on risk metrics to senior management.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements related to risk management.

Minimum Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in risk management or engineering roles.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

Master's degree or MBA.

Experience in the financial services industry.

Proven track record of leading successful risk management initiatives.
