Senior Director – Risk Engineering

Location : San Jose, California, United States of America

Department : Software Development

Job Responsibilities :

  • Lead the Risk Engineering team and oversee risk management strategies.
  • Develop and implement risk assessment frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance risk mitigation processes.
  • Monitor and report on risk metrics to senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements related to risk management.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in risk management or engineering roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Master's degree or MBA.
  • Experience in the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of leading successful risk management initiatives.
