Job description

Seeking BE / BC Internal Medicine physician for fantastic outpatient opportunity in gorgeous western Colorado, just SE of Grand Junction.

  • Team of 1 other Internist, 3 Family Medicine physicians, 1 Nurse Practitioner and 1 Physician Assistant (2 FM physicians close to retirement)
  • Patient volume is patients a day; 35% Adult, 60% Geriatric, 5% Pediatric (18yo +)
  • Shared Call Rotation with peer Internal Medicine and Family Practice providers; 1 : 5
  • 24 / 7 Hospitalist Program in place at hospital, so hospital call is minimal
  • New hospital built in 2004, excellent equipment.

Compensation & Benefits :

  • Base salary set using the Pinnacle Fair Market Value Guide ($265,000 - $305,000 DOE), plus a wRVU productivity bonus.
  • Paid Malpractice insurance, CO license and DEA renewals
  • 4-day work week with set day off, 30 days allotted vacation including CME
  • $5K CME Budget, annually
  • Health and dental insurance for physician, spouse and family.
