Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM

Pay Rate : $16.00 / hour

Employment Type : Temp-to-Hire

What You'll Do Each Day

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing order-related communication
• Accurately process and track client orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery
• Use Microsoft Excel for data entry, order tracking, and reporting
• Handle daily administrative tasks such as order confirmations, issue resolution, and updates
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve service issues and fulfill client needs
• Maintain clear, professional communication and documentation
• Juggle multiple priorities in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment
