The Iowa Primary Care Association is actively recruiting a full-time Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide care at a vibrant community health center (FQHC) in West Burlington, IA !
Position Highlights :
- Work / Life Balance : flexible & consistent schedule within clinic hours of M / T / W / Th : 7AM - 6 PM; Fri : 7am - 5 PM
- Full-Time Role : 36 patient contact hours, 4 admin hours per week seeing on average 18-20 patients per day
- Full supportive provider team includes : 2 physicians, 3 advanced practice providers
- Financial Support : Eligible for up to $50,000 in student loan repayment through state & federal programs
- Competitive Salary : $110,000 - $151,000 based on experience, plus quality and productivity incentives
- EHR : Ochin Epic

Requirements : What you’ll need
BLS certificationMandatory Reporter for Child and Dependent Adult AbuseClinical experience preferredNurse Practitioner :
Graduation from an accredited / approved NP programLicensed by the Iowa Board of Nursing as a NPPhysician Assistant :
Graduation from an accredited AMA-approved PA program and / or certified by the National Commission on the Certification of Physician Assistants.Licensed by the Iowa Board of Professional Licensure; licensed to practice in Iowa.
