Production Specialist

Overview

Production Specialist at Lexitas — based in Orlando, FL. This full-time, on-site role at our Orlando office (20 North Orange Avenue, Orlando, FL 32801) involves preparing, processing, and delivering critical business, medical, and billing records for legal cases.

Base pay range

$18.00 / hr - $20.00 / hr

Location

LOCATION : This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Orlando office located at 20 North Orange Avenue, Orlando, FL 32801

Responsibilities

• Review, prepare, and process physical and electronic records for use in civil litigation
• Extract and archive files from media including CDs, USBs, and hard drives
• Print, scan, bind, and deliver records to clients via FTP, online repository, or physical shipment
• Apply bates labeling, OCR, bookmarking, and tabbing to digital and physical records
• Ensure all files meet strict quality control standards prior to delivery
• Maintain internal databases and update client profile, tracking, and order notes
• Collaborate with the billing department to ensure accurate invoicing
• Support team members and supervisors with mail processing, supply stocking, and workspace organization
• Follow HIPAA regulations and uphold confidentiality at all times
