Document and reassess any significant changes in the patient's condition in compliance with facility's policy.

Ensure provision of safety and comfort of all patients.

Maintain confidentiality of patient records.

Effectively and respectfully work with persons from diverse backgrounds.

Perform other duties as assigned.
