Description :

We are looking for a Commercial Plumbing Superintendent to be a cornerstone of our construction plumbing department. In this role, you will lead the charge on commercial plumbing projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently, safely, and built to the highest standards of quality.

This position is ideal for someone with extensive field experience, deep technical knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and codes, a strong work ethic, and natural leadership by example . Your primary focus will be field leadership and production , making sure every project stays on schedule, meets our quality standards, and adheres to safety protocols.

Compensation : $36 - $44 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule : Variable Shifts - Need Flexibility based on Project needs.

Responsibilities :

• Field Leadership : Serve as the on-site leader for the plumbing trade. Interpret blueprints, coordinate with plumbing foremen, and ensure projects progress according to plan.
• Field Oversight : Manage manpower, materials, and equipment to maximize productivity, maintain efficiency, and keep projects on schedule.
• Supervision & Development : Directly supervise and mentor plumbing crews, uphold safety protocols, and ensure all installations meet quality and compliance standards. Provide feedback to leadership regarding personnel decisions, including potential hires or removals from your team.
• Project Oversight & Reporting : Track and document job progress, identify and communicate change order needs, support smooth project closeouts, and lead final walkthroughs with clients and project managers.
