Clinical Nurse II - Orthopedics / Spine, Nights, 36 hrs / week

Join our dedicated Orthopedics & Spine Unit-M2 as a Clinical Nurse II, where you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care during night shifts, working 36 hours per week. We are seeking compassionate and skilled nurses who are eager to make a difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

As a Clinical Nurse, you will :

• Implement physician orders and administer medications safely and effectively.
• Start IVs and perform treatments, procedures, and special tests while documenting all care as outlined by policies and regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess and identify patient conditions.
• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patient needs and responses to care.
• Apply sound nursing judgment when making patient care management decisions.
• Provide primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to create comprehensive Plans of Care for all patients.
• Guide and direct ancillary personnel while maintaining the highest standards of professional nursing.
