CANDIDATE MUST LIVE IN THE TERRITORY

Job Type : Full-Time, Exempt

Travel : Up to 80% field-based within local territory

Compensation : Base Salary 40-65K +Draw 20-60K (Compensation is based on skill set, territory expectations, experience)

Expected first year compensation : 60-100K

Effective Start Date : Two weeks from offer

What You'll Do

As a TSR, you are the face of Southeastern Equipment in your territory. You'll build and maintain strong relationships with customers, guide them through the equipment sales process, and deliver unbeatable service. Your mission is to help our customers win by connecting them with the right equipment and solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and grow customer accounts within your assigned territory
• Identify and convert new sales opportunities through prospecting and relationship-building
• Promote and explain products and services with confidence and clarity
• Use CRM to track leads, update contact information, and log opportunities
• Collaborate with service, marketing, and credit teams to ensure seamless customer experience
• Participate in on-site customer visits, equipment demos, and industry events
