    Liberty Personnel is partnering with a rapidly growing National Tax Advisory client to help build out their Tax team. This organization partners with forward-thinking businesses and affluent high net worth individuals, offering innovative tax strategies that fuel growth and manage risks. This role promises high visibility and interaction with several executive teams, ensuring your contributions make a lasting difference.     Qualifications :

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • CPA or EA designation is essential.
    • 7+ years in a progressive tax environment with a focus on high-net-worth individuals and entrepreneurial firms.
    • Solid grasp of federal, state, and local tax laws; experience with S corporations, partnerships, and trusts.
    • Proven leadership in managing teams and cultivating client relationships.
    • Strong communication instincts and a knack for making complex tax matters simple.
    • Commitment to work an average of 50-55 hours weekly.
    • A forward-thinking, entrepreneurial mindset with a dedication to firm growth.
    • Must live within an hour commutable distance for on-site meetings.

    • Master’s degree in Taxation, JD, or equivalent advanced credential.
    • Background with Big 4 or a top leading regional public accounting firm
    • Expertise in S Corporation and trust tax returns.
    • Working Conditions :

      This position is a mainly in-office position as well as client facing position.
