About The Position

Compound and dispense medications as prescribed

Review prescriptions for accuracy and completeness

Counsel patients on medication use and side effects

Oversee pharmacy technicians and interns

Maintain compliance with controlled substance and waste disposal laws

Resolve third-party insurance issues promptly

Ensure excellent customer service and patient confidentiality

Participate in continuing education and professional development

Job Requirements

Active  California Pharmacist license

BS or Pharm.D. degree from an ACPE-accredited college

Current BLS certification

Knowledge of federal and state pharmacy laws

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and data management
