The Opportunity
Store Development designs, builds, and maintains beautiful stores in some of the most coveted real estate in North America. We bring the physical expression of our brand to life by keeping client experience at the forefront of our decision‑making processes and ensuring the success of our stores by managing cost, quality, and schedule.
We are looking for a passionate and fearless Store Designer who will play a key role in delivering on the promise of Sephora’s innovative retail experience. Collaborating with the store design team and cross‑functional partners, this position contributes to Sephora’s success by elevating the overall quality of store design to uphold the Sephora experience while meeting cost, schedule, and operational requirements. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable working through the complexities of problem solving for a unique site condition as they are with maintaining a relentless eye for the best overall design solution for any given project scope. Project types include both new and existing stores.

Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is $114,750.00 – $128,250.00. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non‑discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and / or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
