Order Entry Specialist

Job Description

Duration : 06 months (with possible extension)

Key Responsibilities :

• Customer Focus : Review customer contracts to ensure compliance with desired terms and conditions. Monitor, analyze, and report on contract performance.
• Coordination & Communication : Facilitate the flow of information among various groups and customers, resolving issues to meet schedule commitments and achieve customer satisfaction.
• Representation : Act as the group’s representative in internal meetings, ensuring that all interactions reflect Client’s commitment to excellence.
• Best Practices : Ensure orders follow execution best practices and company policies. Monitor and control order progress, financials, and resource utilization.
• Risk Management : Identify, qualify, and manage order risks, ensuring all opportunities are pursued.
• Continuous Improvement : Capture, analyze, and share lessons learned throughout the order lifecycle. Drive formal acceptance of orders and contract close-out.
• Financial Oversight : Ensure timely payment and resolve any collection disputes.

Your Background :

Skills :

o Organized and structured approach in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environ-ment.

o Ability to prioritize tasks and activities effectively.

o Team player with a winning attitude.

o Excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Office.

o Prior SAP experience is a plus.
