Stacked STL is a scratch-kitchen burger bar known for fresh, creative, build-your-own burgers and a friendly neighborhood vibe. We’re looking for skilled and reliable Line Cooks / Grill Cooks to join our back-of-house crew and keep the burgers sizzling. If you take pride in your craft and thrive in a fun, fast-paced kitchen, this is the spot for you.
What You’ll DoWork the line or grill with speed, consistency, and attention to quality
Prep fresh ingredients and keep stations clean, organized, and fully stocked
Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
Collaborate with the BOH team to keep service smooth and efficient
Assist with closing duties to reset the kitchen for the next day
Fast, rewarding shifts — our kitchen closes at 9pm on weekdays and 9:30pm on weekends, so no late-night closings
Work/life balance matters — we’re closed Tuesday mornings and believe in reasonable hours
