We are looking for an experienced Restoration Technician to join our team! You will be making an impact each day by responding to customer needs for Water Mold, and Fire Restoration jobs. This includes the completion of drying, demolition, and other restoration activities.

We want to add additional members to our team who hold themselves to a high standard, and who care deeply about the quality of work performed, and the impact on our customers and team.

Responsibilities :

  • Perform production / restoration process per training and per manager instructions
  • Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project
  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle along with clean equipment
  • Prepare rooms / areas for work activities
  • Leave the job site with a clean and orderly appearance
  • Communicate openly with the crew chief and other technicians

Ideal Qualifications :

  • IICRC certification WRT, ASD, AMRT
  • Experience in cleaning / restoration
  • Experience serving commercial properties
  • Required Qualifications :

  • Valid driver's license
  • High school diploma / GED
  • Physical Requirements :

  • Ability to work while using a Full-Face Respirator
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)
  • Ability to sit / stand / walk for prolonged periods of time
  • Ability to repetitively push / pull / lift / carry objects
  • Ability to work with / around cleaning products / chemicals
  • Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary
  • Compensation : $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

The IICRC, originally named the International Institute of Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning Inc. (IICUC), was founded in 1972 by Ed York. Since starting in 1972, the IICRC has evolved into a global organization with more than 49,000 active Certified Technicians and more than 6,500 Certified Firms around the world.

    The IICRC is managed by its Board of Directors, which is composed of 15 industry leaders elected by the IICRC's Shareholders. The Board of Directors' function is to represent the various interests of the applicants while leading the direction of the organization. The Board of Directors meets four times per year and is tasked with the responsibility of helping shape future policies of the organization and uphold the standards that help shape the industry.
