Job descriptionOversee the nursing staff and daily operations during weekend shifts. Ensure the delivery of high-quality care to residents, addressing any concerns promptly. Support, mentor, and guide the nursing team to maintain a positive and professional work environment. Monitor compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to promote collaboration and satisfaction. Current RN license in the state of New Jersey. Previous supervisory or leadership experience, preferably in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work weekends consistently and effectively manage a team.
