The Senior Procurement Specialist will support the sourcing and management of suppliers and contractors for data center construction projects. This role is ideal for a procurement professional with a solid foundation who is ready to take on greater responsibility and deepen their expertise in construction-related sourcing. The position requires strong attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams - including project management, legal, and finance - to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services. Familiarity with procurement and contract management tools such as Coupa, Agiloft, and Smartsheet is beneficial.Key Responsibilities

Procurement Support

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities for construction projects, with a focus on contract management.
• Prepare bid packages, run RFQs, evaluate proposals, and coordinate supplier selections.
• Create and manage Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) in line with project scope and financial controls.
• Amend or update POs and contracts to reflect changes in project scope, budget, or timelines.

The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are :

United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 80,000 - 120,000 USD / Annual

Canada - Toronto Office TRO : 76,000 - 114,000 CAD / Annual

Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location. The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and / or training.

The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
