Title : Vascular Sonographer

Location : Utica, NY

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : 8-hour Day Shift, Monday–Friday (08 : 30 AM – 04 : 30 PM) | No holidays or on-call

Job Responsibilities :

Perform a variety of vascular ultrasound examinations following established protocols and standards.

Utilize ultrasound equipment to capture diagnostic images of veins and arteries for physician interpretation.

Ensure proper patient positioning, comfort, and safety during all imaging procedures.

Prepare accurate documentation and assist with maintaining patient records within the facility’s system.

Work collaboratively with physicians, technologists, and other medical staff to support patient diagnosis and care.

Maintain ultrasound equipment in proper working condition and ensure adherence to safety and quality control procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience : Minimum 2–3 years of vascular ultrasound experience preferred.

Certifications :

RVT (Registered Vascular Technologist) or RVS (Registered Vascular Specialist) required.

ARDMS certification required.

BLS certification required.

Preferred Skills\nExperience with Epic charting system preferred.\nOther Requirements : \nMust be able to perform vascular ultrasound procedures independently.
