Overview

Mid-Sized GP Firm. We have made placements at this firm, and have productive relationships with hiring decision makers. All new hires are provided with formal mentors, and informal mentorships develop organically within practice groups.

Responsibilities / Requirements

• The ideal candidate would have experience representing clients in all stages of patent, trademark, and other intellectual property litigation, including :
• Pre-filing investigations through appeal, including conducting pre-suit due diligence investigations;
• Developing case strategies;
• Managing complex discovery and discovery negotiations;
• Taking and defending depositions;
• Drafting pleadings, motions, and pre-trial briefings;
• Arguing evidentiary motions, claim construction, and dispositive motions;
• Drafting appeal briefs.

The candidate must have a very strong academic record paired with the skills, enthusiasm and commitment to become a partner at the firm.
