Your Role as a Real Estate Agent :

  • Efficiently manage and respond to high-quality inbound leads provided by the company.
  • Develop strong relationships by understanding client needs.
  • Guide buyers and sellers through every phase of their real estate journey.
  • Collaborate with a supportive team to deliver exceptional client experiences.

What We’re Looking For :

  • An active real estate license, or enrollment in real estate courses.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage a high volume of leads and multitask effectively.

    Pay :

    $48,226.91 - $196,492.21 per year

    Benefits : Flexible schedule

    Schedule : Monday to Friday

    Self-determined schedule

    Weekend availability

    Supplemental pay types :
