The ideal candidate will provide compassionate and skilled care to mothers and newborns throughout the labor, delivery, and recovery process while ensuring patient safety and comfort in a fast-paced clinical environment. Roles & Responsibilities : Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients during labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery. Monitor maternal and fetal health, including vital signs and fetal heart rate. Assist physicians during labor, delivery procedures, and emergency interventions. Educate and support patients and families throughout the childbirth process. Maintain accurate medical records and ensure adherence to hospital policies and safety protocols. Skills : Expertise in maternal and newborn care during all stages of labor and delivery. Proficient in fetal monitoring and managing obstetric emergencies. Strong patient assessment and critical-thinking abilities. Excellent communication and emotional support skills for patients and families. Skilled in electronic medical records (EMR) and maintaining clinical documentation accuracy.
