Sr. Hospital Marketing Manager for a successful surgical robotics company in the Bay Area.

Looking for a proactive, data-driven Senior Hospital Marketing Manager to define and scale our hospital-focused commercial marketing strategy. This is a unique opportunity to shape messaging, programs, and partnerships that position their therapy as a trusted strategic partner for hospitals and health systems.

What you’ll do :

• Develop targeted strategies for hospital executives, IDNs, and new sites of care to drive capital adoption & program growth
• Partner with Sales to deliver messaging, tools, and insights that enable a cohesive commercial effort
• Translate clinical and economic data into compelling value stories for hospital stakeholders
• Lead development of scalable programs, campaigns, and new business models aligned with hospital needs
• Track and analyze performance, optimizing campaigns and proving ROI
• Engage directly with surgeons, administrators, and KOLs to amplify their therapy’s impact
