Essential Functions:
Coordinates all aspects of the evaluation/listing process for deceased donor and living donor transplantation for Chronic Kidney Disease patients. Acts as liaison between Cooperman Barnabas and all referring dialysis centers and referring MDs. Ensures continuity of care through effective communication and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team in all areas of the transplant department. Use an understanding of the principles of growth and development to assess each patient’s age-specific needs and provide age-specific treatment. 100% of job responsibilities are pre-transplant – no-time study is required.
