Healthcare Business System Analyst- Remote Opportunity

Location : 100% Remote

Duartion : Long term contract

12+ years of experience level and Healthcare Payer Experience is a must.

Candidates who can work independently are more preferred.

Job Responsibilities :

Analyze Data and Processes : Bridge the gap between healthcare operations and technology to improve efficiency and patient outcomes

Collaborate with Stakeholders : Identify business needs, design solutions, and implement strategies that align with healthcare regulations

Data Analysis : Assist in the analysis of healthcare data sets to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Project Management : Manage and track the status of requirements throughout project lifecycles, including user acceptance testing and training

Stakeholder Engagement : Engage with various stakeholders to elicit requirements and set goals for change management

Qualifications :

Solid understanding of healthcare systems, terminology, and regulatory requirements

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in data analysis tools and SDLC methodologies

Must have skills :

Business system analysis

Healthcare payer experience

Capitation sub-domain experience

SQL knowledge

Good communication and documentation skills
