Introducing an exciting opportunity to join Hartford HealthCares highly respected, innovative and supportive primary care team in Connecticut, where patient-centered care is prioritized within a supportive, collaborative work environment. This position offers a highly sought-after split between in-office and virtual / work from home weekday schedule.

Hybrid Primary Care Position Details :

• Role : Primary Care Physician (Pedi and Adult, or Adult only)
• Location : Plainfield, CT
• Setting : In-office and Hybrid / Virtual schedule split
• Schedule : Full-time, weekdays only
• Teaching : Optional with faculty appointment
• Phone Call Only : averages only 2 call weekends per year and 1-weeknight ~ 2 months
• Other compensation : Uncapped incentive bonus, Loan repayment support, Sign-on bonus, Relocation stipend
