What We’re Looking For
Fresh off setting new all time store records, our award winning Sales department is looking for a few new bilingual Vehicle Delivery Specialists to join our team as we continue our assault on the record books. No previous automotive experience is necessary. Responsibilities
Greet and guide customer as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales processAssist the customers to find a vehicle that meets their needs by using the current inventory informationEnhance the sales process by demonstrating the vehicles features on the lotAssist customers in the completion of their sales applicationsAssist management to increase sales by inspecting the lot’s vehicles daily, reporting any problems to managementAssist with sourcing, auctions and trade for our used vehicle inventoryAssist management in insuring the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize salesProvide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing dealsDirect report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.Qualifications
Previous automotive sales experience is a PLUS, but not necessaryMust have a clean & valid driver’s licenseMust be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employmentEnthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workdayOutgoing and friendly, especially while handling objectionsQuality customer service skills and sales track recordStrong interpersonal and communications, in-person and over the phonePersuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales processProficient in basic business math including percentagesCapable of learning and using Microsoft Office, accounting software, and proprietary sales programsPersistent, competitive and good work ethicFocuses on the customer’s needs to enhance dealership and personal sales
