Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine or  Family Medicine )

This practice is part of a mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that provides essential primary care to underserved populations in North Central Massachusetts.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary : $225,000
• Sign-On Bonus : $20,000
• Relocation Assistance : Up to $5,000
• Quality Incentive Bonus – Up to $4,200 quarterly for meeting all 12 quality measures (pro-rated for part-time)

• Retirement Plan – 401(K) with 3% company match, fully vested after 1 year
