LPN Charge Nurse - Evening/Night

We are looking for passionate, driven nurses to join our long-term care and rehabilitation units.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: assessing new/current residents, providing treatments and administering medications according to the physicians orders, documenting and completing all necessary paperwork on your residents, building relationships with residents and their family members, supervising and directing Nursing Assistants, as well as working to maintain a positive work environment that promotes teamwork.
