Job descriptionCPA or Enrolled Agent (or active CPA candidate) 2+ years of recent public accounting experience as a tax senior or EA Strong technical (tax) knowledge and communication skills Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Current Enrolled Agent Above-market salary Medical, dental, and vision insurance, free and low cost options 401(k) with full match 15 days of PTO + 12 paid holidays which includes the Week of July 4th off Up to $4,000 toward CPA exam prep and exam fees, plus coaching support Business development and referral incentives Gym Membership

Responsibilities
- Prepare and review complex individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns
- Collaborate with partners and managers on high-impact engagements
- Stay current on tax law changes and contribute to firm-wide knowledge sharing
