Customer Service Representative

We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our client's growing team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working collaboratively, and providing exceptional service to customers in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do -

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and empathy.
• Process orders, returns, and service requests accurately.
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and production teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Maintain customer records and documentation in CRM / ERP systems.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
