Location :   Northeast : Primarily Tri-State area

Approximate 50% Regional Travel - 2 to 4 days / week (some overnight)

Compensation :

• Base Salary : $65,000–$80,000
• Bonus & Commission : Estimated $15,000–$20,000
• Additional Benefits : Vehicle program, travel perks, relocation assistance, health & retirement package

Position Overview

Yoh is seeking a Technical Customer Support Specialist to support survey operations for a leading civil engineering client. This hybrid role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in surveying who enjoy client-facing work and technical problem-solving. The specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for customer support, training, and technical demonstrations, working closely with sales and service teams to ensure successful product adoption.
