Internal Sales Representative

As an Internal Sales Representative, you will play a key role in attracting new customers. You will study targeted companies to better understand their needs. You will convert them into a potential lead for a long-term client. Everything takes place by phone and screen sharing from the comfort of your home and office. No more pollution and traffic jams!

More specifically, you will need to:

• Contact potential clients by phone and email to consolidate business relationships and sell the company's concept;
• Perform presentations by screen sharing to potential clients;
• Send proposals and contracts to your clientele;
• Establish, maintain and develop trusting relationships with your clients;
• Update client records (CRM);
• Participate in all market development activities and stay alert to employment market opportunities;
• Participate in daily, weekly and monthly meetings to review your performance;
• Achieve the objectives set by the organization.

What you need:

• Good command of French and English is required, as the position holder will need to communicate frequently in both languages, both orally and in writing, as we have colleagues, clients and partners in Quebec, as well as in the rest of Canada and the United States. Experiences in sales and advisory services.
