State Licensed Managing Consultant

A company is looking for a Managing Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Lead client strategy and lifecycle execution for key accounts, driving retention and growth goals

Integrate specialty practices into client solutions and build senior-level relationships

Supervise the Account Management team and develop junior staff through coaching and performance reviews

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business or relevant work experience

Minimum of 7+ years of related experience

State Life & Health Licenses required

Strong technical knowledge of employee benefits and policies

Previous supervisory experience preferred
