Job Responsibilities

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining customized IAM solutions using Ping Identity Platform products such as PingFederate, PingDirectory, PingSync, and PingOne.
• Collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to comprehend business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and crafting IAM solutions aligned with their needs.
• Developing custom workflows, connectors, and scripts to enhance Ping Identity Platform functionality and integrate seamlessly with third-party systems and applications.
• Must have a good understanding and hands-on experience with PingDirectory directories.
• Experience in PingDirectory performance tuning for supporting heavy traffic.
• Experience in troubleshooting replication and initialization issues.
• Experience in working on PingDirectory conflicts and backlogs.
• Must have experience with creating and debugging pipelines between PingDirectory and PingOne.
• Must have experience with creating and debugging pipelines between PingDirectory and Oracle.
• Experience in troubleshooting attribute sync issues.
• Experience in design, deployment, and support of PingFederate infrastructure.
• Experience in OAuth and OpenID based application onboarding in PingFederate.
• Experience in PingFederate performance tuning for supporting heavy traffic.
