The Varsity Tutors Live Learning Platform has thousands of students looking for online AP Physics 2 tutors nationally. As a tutor on the Varsity Tutors Platform, you'll have the flexibility to set your own schedule, earn competitive rates, and make a real impact on students' learning journeys—all from the comfort of your home.

Overview

The Varsity Tutors platform connects you with students for 1-on-1 online tutoring in AP Physics 2. Join to tutor remotely, set your own hours, and get paid for your sessions.

Responsibilities

Provide 1-on-1 online tutoring to individual students.
Accept on-demand Instant Tutoring requests when you're available.
Tutor remotely using the Live Learning Platform—no commuting required.
Deliver personalized instruction tailored to each student's learning style.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging teaching style.

Expertise in AP Physics 2 and the ability to explain concepts clearly.

Ability to personalize lessons and adapt to different learning styles.

Preference given to those with tutoring or teaching experience and graduate-level education.

Compensation & Schedule

Base contract rates start at $18 / hour and increase for specialized subjects, up to $40 / hour with the same student.

Get paid up to twice per week for tutoring sessions you conduct and invoice.

Set your own hours and tutor as much as you'd like.

Get matched with students best suited to your teaching style and expertise.

Get assistance from our AI-powered Tutor Copilot to enhance sessions and save prep time.
