We are excited to be opening a new clinic in January 2026 and are seeking a full-time Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team! This clinic will care for an all-adult patient population of healthcare professionals and their dependents – “Caring for those that care for others.”

The LPC / LCSW is a key member of the Behavioral Health Collaborative Care team, embedded in the Primary Care setting, working closely with the Primary Care team and Psychiatric Consultant. Responsibilities will include supporting and coordinating the mental health care of patients and providing crisis intervention. They will counsel eligible patients who are experiencing depression, anxiety, addictions, substance abuse, PTSD, family, parenting, marital problems, stress management, self-esteem, and aging; to promote optimum mental and emotional health.

Monday - Friday, 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm. With a mix of in-person and virtual care, this individual will see patients in person (Corpus Christi) and provide virtual care to patients in our new clinic that will be opening in Edinburg, Texas. Some very occasional travel to Edinburg will be required. No late clinic, no weekends and no after-hours charting!

Requirements :

Master’s degree in counseling or clinical psychology or a related field of study

Completion of degree and all post-degree supervision for licensure and at least two years of post-degree experience

Current license in the state of Texas as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Must stay up to date and current on requirements to practice with license in the state of Texas.

Desired Skills :

Prior experience of delivery of mental health treatment in the Primary Care setting or the Collaborative Care Model

Basic knowledge of psychopharmacology for common mental health disorders that is within appropriate scope of practice

Experience in Crisis intervention and / or Emergency psychiatry

Experience in delivery of trauma-informed care
