Hardware Performance Validation Engineer
Overview
Hardware Performance Validation Engineer responsible for characterizing, integrating, and validating autonomy hardware for construction machines. This role focuses on validating system performance for compute and sensing components, collaborating with engineering and vendor teams to develop automated testing methodologies, define key performance indicators, and develop test and analysis software (Python / C++).

Qualifications
Experience in hardware platform characterization and validationStrong understanding of physics and electrical engineeringFamiliarity with sensing technologies (lidar, camera, radar, GNSS, IMUs)Background in electrical and / or mechanical design of test fixtures or robotsProficiency in Python or other scripting languages for test automation and data analysisBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field with 5+ years of relevant industry experienceHands-on experience in characterizing autonomy sensorsExperience with sensor technology manufacturing and high-volume mass production is a plusAbout Bedrock
