Seasonal Tax Manager – State & Local Tax – Remote

Location : Anywhere in the United States (Remote)

Your Key Responsibilities

As a seasonal tax manager, your main priority is reviewing state income tax returns and tax notices. Expectations around hours are discussed during the interview process. In this role you will work remotely from within the United States, with no travel required.

Skills and Attributes for Success

• Knowledgeable with income franchise (corporate compliance) tax, reviewing corporate extensions, and preparing and reviewing partnership K‑1 statements
• Experience in state income tax returns and tax notices
• Comfort with working remotely in a virtual team environment
• A strategic eye toward prioritizing when working on multiple complex projects
• Influencing skills, confidence and curiosity to question existing processes
• The ability to produce technical writing and research in a tax context
