    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Maintain a  full-time clinical practice  in the Emergency Department at JPS
  • Assist in the day-to-day oversight of  Emergency Department  operations
  • Drive  quality improvement , enhance  patient satisfaction , and optimize  productivity
  • Participate actively in  hospital committees  and  leadership meetings

    • Position Requirements :

  • Board certified  in emergency medicine (ABEM / ABOEM)
  • Completed an  accredited EM residency
  • Prior leadership experience  (ideally as Associate or Assistant Medical Director)
  • Demonstrated commitment to  residency education  in emergency medicine
  • Ideal candidates  will have solid emergency medicine experience
