Develop and implement total nursing care for patients.

Conduct assessments and nursing diagnoses.

Create and monitor patient care plans.

Provide leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel.

Maintain standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting.

Develop systems to provide care for various patient populations including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.

Holiday coverage is required.
