Accounts Receivable Specialist

We're looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to support daily billing, collections, and cash application functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable managing high volumes of transactions, and able to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities :

• Generate and distribute invoices accurately and on schedule
• Process customer payments, including checks, ACH, and credit card transactions
• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on past-due accounts
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies or payment issues
• Maintain customer account records and update payment information as needed
• Prepare aging reports and assist with month-end closing activities
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and accounting teams to ensure accurate billing
• Support audit requests and provide documentation as required
