Description : Position Summary :
As a Sales Consulting Professional , you will play a key role in expanding our footprint in multi-family and multi-tenant properties. Your primary responsibility will be to secure Premise Access Licenses and Marketing Agreements that enable us to deliver wired and wireless services to residential and small business customers. These agreements provide us with preferential or exclusive marketing rights, driving top-line revenue growth and increasing service penetration.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and engage with owners, developers, and builders of MDU, MTU, and master-planned communities .
- Secure Premise Access Licenses for network evaluation and equipment placement.
- Negotiate Marketing Agreements to promote our services within properties.
- Collaborate with our Account Management and Network Engineering teams to support service deployment.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with high-value prospects to present our service offerings.
- Develop new business through calls, emails , and other outreach methods.
- Perform needs analysis to tailor solutions to prospect pain points.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Manage and update sales data in CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards.
- Negotiate long-term marketing and bulk service contracts.
- Support both local and regional business development initiatives.
- Interface with Network Engineering to identify new construction opportunities.
Qualifications : Required :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.Minimum 4 years of B2B sales experience .Knowledge of fiber and wireless telecommunications .Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.Willingness to travel up to 75% within the local market.Proficiency in Google Suite and CRM / database tools.Preferred :
