Job description

We are seeking FT Registered Nurses to work within an Acute Inpatient Hospital and offering a generous sign-on bonus and additional relocation assistance!!

Permanent RN Staff - FT Day & Night Shifts - 7a - 7p or 7p-7a (rotating weekends)

Multiple Med Surg Units Available :

  • Float Pool Med / Surg
  • Cardiac Tele Med-Surg
  • Inpatient Surgical
  • Pulmonary
  • Renal Vascular

Compensation :

  • Up to $43.20 / hr. (Based on experience)
  • Float Pool M / S - Flat rate of $43 / hr.
  • Shift Diffs : $4.25 / hr. Weeknights; $3 / hr. Weekends ($7.25 for weekend nights)
  • Sign-On Bonus - $15,000 (Days) and $25,000 (Nights)
  • Relocation Assistance (Case by Case basis)

    • Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of inpatient hospital work experience as a Registered Nurse (does not need to be current acute experience) within the last 4 years
  • For Float Pool : MUST have 1 year of recent (within the last year) Med-Surg acute care RN experience
  • Needs to be flexible on floating to multiple units
  • ONLY MED-SURG EXPERIENCE IS ACCEPTABLE
  • Active unencumbered Florida Registered Nurse License or Multi-State Compact license
  • Minimum of ASN or ADN
  • BLS upon hire
