In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Marketing team by providing market insights, data analysis, and forecasting support to optimize our product portfolio and align marketing initiatives with supply chain and sales objectives. This role will play a critical part in analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to drive data-driven decisions and ensure successful execution of demand planning strategies.

Responsibilities :

• Analyze market data to support the creation and refinement of product forecasts across our portfolio
• Monitor competitor activity, market growth, erosion, and share to inform strategic planning and demand assumptions.
• Conduct variance analysis between forecasted and actual sales, identifying trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate closely with demand planning, supply chain, and sales teams to ensure accurate alignment between market demand and inventory levels.
• Support the development of annual budgets and forecasting models by providing market insights and data-driven recommendations.
• Develop reports and dashboards to communicate key marketing and demand planning metrics to stakeholders.
• Participate in new product launches set up from a marketing standpoint.

Qualifications :

Compensation : Base Salary : $56,000 to $95,000 annually. The compensation for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, work location, prior experience and job-related knowledge, relevant skills and expertise, current business needs, and market factors.
